General Questions
We educate our members about real estate investing and connect them with property teams selling single-family and multi-family investment properties in top-performing markets. We heavily research top-performing markets and then go into those areas to identify and thoroughly vet property teams who adhere to our R.E.A.L. Income Property™ standards. These teams rehab or build new construction properties and then offer to sell them to our members with property management in place.
Once our members feel they are ready (and qualified) to invest, we offer them a complimentary strategy session with one of our experienced investment counselors. Our counselors do a great job listening and learning about each member’s unique situation and investment goals. They can recommend a few different markets and connect the members with our turnkey property teams in those markets.
