In 2018, Stacey Stegenga moved to Colorado to be closer to family while completing her 21 years of military service in the U.S. Air Force. Despite more than a decade of experience as a critical care nurse, her income nearly cut in half after relocating. Determined to regain financial stability, Stacey discovered real estate investing and immersed herself in learning. In 2020, she purchased her first property and has since built a portfolio of four duplexes and became a passive investor in a syndication. Through her investing journey, Stacey has developed expertise in the buy-and-hold strategy, out-of-state investing, and achieving financial independence through real estate. Driven by a mission to create real wealth, Stacey is passionate about helping others achieve the same. As an Investment Counselor, she specializes in guiding investors through the process of getting started; helping them identify opportunities aligned with their goals.
