Our real estate investing webinars are completely free and take place every Thursday at 12 PM PT. For in-person events like our annual Passive Wealth Expo and property tours, costs vary—but we keep them very affordable because we’re passionate about making real estate education accessible. You’ll see pricing listed on each event registration page.

At our in-person events, the first half typically focuses on education—covering topics such as the best markets to buy rental property, financing strategies, and tax advantages. In the afternoon, property teams share what’s happening in their markets and showcase available turnkey investment properties. In addition, live events typically have a happy hour where investors can meet and mingle. Virtual events and webinars follow a similar educational format, just from the comfort of your home.
There’s never any pressure to buy. Come ready to learn, ask questions, and connect with others who share your goals. Many of our in-person events include networking happy hours where you can meet other investors and property teams in a relaxed setting.
No, most of our real estate investing events and webinars are open to all RealWealth members, whether you’ve had a strategy session with a RealWealth investment counselor or not. Many of our members like to meet people face-to-face and learn directly from Rich and Kathy Fettke and guest speakers, talk with turnkey providers, and meet other RealWealth members who are successfully investing in passive real estate.
Occasionally, specific events through RealWealth Developments’ real estate syndications and funds discuss topics that require a pre-existing relationship with RealWealth to stay compliant with SEC regulations. This might mean having a strategy session or attending a previous event. If an event has this requirement, we’ll note it clearly on the registration page.
Yes! Our weekly Thursday webinars at 12 PM PT are 100% free for all RealWealth members. They’re one of our most popular membership benefits, covering essential topics like out-of-state real estate investing, tax strategies, 1031 exchanges, market trends, lending, and property showcases. For property tours specifically, comfortable walking shoes are recommended since you’ll be touring homes and neighborhoods. Also, check the forecast so you are dressed for the weather.
