Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of us, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in us for the resolution of any disputes.
Referral Disclaimer and Release
RealWealth is a referral source. Please read this section carefully; it applies when you work with third-party providers introduced through RealWealth
I understand that, while Real Wealth Realty, Inc. uses reasonable efforts to refer me to reputable sellers, brokers, property teams, and/or property providers (hereinafter, “Teams”), in real estate markets throughout the United States and abroad, Real Wealth Realty is not liable for the conduct of these Teams and/or their respective affiliates, or the performance or quality of the investments offered by them. As such, I understand that I must always perform my own due diligence before purchasing any investment properties through a Team referred by Real Wealth Realty, including but not limited to obtaining the services of licensed third-party appraisers and inspectors to verify the value and condition of any property I intend to purchase. I also understand that I should never send funds directly to a seller, or other person or entity, but instead use the services of professional title and escrow companies.
I agree that Real Wealth Realty, and its owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, insurers, affiliates, and anyone acting on behalf of Real Wealth Realty (hereinafter, “Releasees”) shall have no responsibility or liability for any loss, delay, damage, costs, fees, or expenses of any type that I might incur in connection with working with a Team, purchasing and renovating investment real estate, as well as events directly or indirectly caused by any acts or omissions by a Team.
I agree that I will not sue any Releasee, and I release, waive, and discharge all Releasees from and against any and all liability for any and all claims and causes of action arising from or related to any act or omission by or of any Team. My agreement not to sue and my agreement to release, waive, and discharge the Releasees is binding on my estate, heirs, successors, and assigns, and anyone who might assert a claim on my behalf.
I understand that Real Wealth Realty is a referral source and does not act as a real estate broker in specific sales transactions. I further understand that if I purchase an investment property from a Team to whom I was referred by Real Wealth Realty, Real Wealth Realty (a licensed real estate brokerage), will be paid a fee for that referral.
I will check in with Real Wealth Realty before purchasing any property to verify that Teams and markets have not changed in quality or performance. I understand that Real Wealth Realty and any of its affiliates do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.
I understand that nothing on this website does or is intended to create any legal commitment of, or obligation to be performed by, Real Wealth Realty.
