Over a targeted 36-month period, the Sponsors will advance the property through full residential entitlement and assign the Purchase and Sale Agreement to a qualified national or regional production builder.

This is a pure land-entitlement play. Investors participate in the value created when raw land becomes entitled, builder-ready residential lots. The intended exit is the PSA assignment to a production builder who is ready to build.
