Real Income Properties Texas II, LLC, created by RealWealth Developments in partnership with North Texas Res, LLC, is a targeted real estate fund focused on acquiring and managing a diversified portfolio of single family rental homes and small multifamily properties (2 to 8 units) in high growth markets across Dallas Fort Worth and Southern Oklahoma. The strategy is to identify properties priced below market value with light renovation potential, then create value through strategic improvements and professional management in areas with strong rental demand and long term appreciation potential.

The Fund aims to deliver passive income from rental operations plus capital appreciation upon sale, with a typical hold period of 5 to 6 years. Investors will receive a 8% Preferred Return and receive 100% return of their capital contribution first, followed by a 75% share of profits. Open to accredited investors only, the Fund offers a proven value add strategy managed by experienced local operators with deep market expertise and vertical integration of acquisitions, renovations, and property management.

This streamlined approach allows for rapid stabilization and cash flow generation while maintaining conservative cost controls.

Our portfolio will be concentrated in the Dallas Fort Worth metropolitan area and Southern Oklahoma border markets, where our operating partner North Texas Res has over 16 years of hands on property management experience and deep local relationships.
