How Kathy Fettke Became a Real Estate Investing Expert

Kathy became a certified personal coach through the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California. In 2001, she took the coaching process to television, producing a cable show called “DREAM,” which followed six people pursuing their dreams over 90 days. Kathy soon noticed a theme: most people don’t have time for their dreams, as they spend all their time at work making money to pay the bills.

The sponsor was a real estate expert, and the segments they produced changed her life. After interviewing dozens of real estate millionaires, Kathy discovered their best strategies for creating passive income streams. When her family was faced with a severe health crisis, she knew it was time to take action and start investing in real estate. Since then, she and Rich have bought numerous investment properties and learned the highs and lows of investing that can only come from hands-on experience. What they’ve learned as real estate investors and the freedom they’ve experienced continue to inspire their passion for helping others build a life of real wealth.

In 2003, Kathy and Rich took their passion for giving people the resources and connections they need to live a life of real wealth to the next level by founding RealWealth. The company’s goals were 1) to teach people how to create financial freedom with real estate, 2) to connect them with the resources and real estate investment opportunities needed to succeed, and 3) to accomplish this by providing educational resources and professional industry connections for free. Kathy loves the freedom that real estate investing can bring. She is an avid traveler and enjoys hiking, rock climbing, skiing, figure skating, and surfing. She lives in Malibu, California, with her husband. She has two daughters and one grandson who live nearby.
