A seasoned real estate investor, Michael became a RealWealth member in 2018. Over the years, he has invested with many RealWealth property teams and syndications with RealWealth Developments.
As RealWealth’s finance director, Michael brings over thirty years of financial and operational management experience, which includes senior management positions in various Fortune 500 companies, including Barnes & Noble, FedEx Office, and CompUSA. Most recently, Michael was director of an organization overseeing a professional theatre and the construction and operations of a luxury boutique hotel and restaurant on Long Island’s Gold Coast.
A native New Yorker, Michael grew up on Long Island. He and his wife, Jennifer, are avid travelers who love attending the theater and exploring new and exciting restaurants with family and friends.
Amy Searcy
Amy Searcy's Bio
As RealWealth’s marketing director, Amy keeps our website and marketing projects aligned with our company vision and mission. Her experiences are wide-ranging, from website development to video game production to art studio production management. Her forward-thinking leadership style embraces authenticity and creativity, bringing out our team's best.
She’s been teaching yoga, qigong, and tai chi for over a decade and is a certified Zen Wellness Medical Qigong director. She is also certified in Bikram and Barkan yoga. Amy has a 1st degree black belt in kung fu. A born performer, Amy has been in numerous films and plays in the Phoenix area. She enjoys traveling, hiking, board games and spending time with her family.
Leah Collich
Leah Collich's Bio
In 2018, Leah found herself living overseas. Already a real estate investor, she joined RealWealth to leverage our resources and property teams to expand her real estate portfolio—and she did into five new markets! Today, the portfolio she began with and her husband in 2010 is robust and includes a mix of self-managed and professionally managed properties.
As director of RealWealth Realty, Leah is passionate about sharing real estate investment strategies and helping members create a clear path to building real wealth. She finds it exciting when members have an aha moment and realize retirement might not be as far away as they think.
While Leah enjoys the creative outlet of flipping properties, she strongly believes that buy-and-hold investing is the path to real wealth. She first joined the RealWealth team as an investment counselor and now serves as director. Before working with us, she worked in program management and benefits education for a national economic initiative of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Leah is a native Texan and the spouse of an active-duty U.S. Army officer. The Army has afforded them wonderful opportunities to see the world and live in countries like Asia, Europe, and South America. Leah enjoys learning Spanish, Peloton and taking long nature walks with her rowdy Golden Retriever.
Joe Torre

Joe started investing in real estate in 2004 and has a track record of successfully investing in up-and-down markets. A RealWealth Investment Counselor since 2016, Joe enjoys helping his clients understand how to build generational wealth and create a real estate portfolio that meets their financial goals.
Before joining RealWealth, Joe worked as a data analyst for tech companies in Silicon Valley and served in the United States Marine Corps. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Columbia University Business School in New York.
Aristotle Kumpis

In 2007, Aristotle received his real estate license and has since helped hundreds of investors acquire cash-flowing properties in emerging markets nationwide. As a RealWealth Investment Counselor, he helps our members develop a unique investment plan based on their personal goals. As a seasoned investor, he enjoys sharing his knowledge, experience, and insights with new and experienced investors.
Aristotle regularly visits RealWealth’s chosen real estate locations, as he likes staying on top of the pulse of these markets and property teams. Aristotle grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, attended the University of Missouri Saint Louis, and moved to Southern California in 2002. His passion for real estate was inspired by his parents, who own rental properties in St. Louis. In his free time, Aristotle likes writing music and spending time outdoors—especially with his family.

Jessica manages content creation, PPC, and SEO for RealWealth. She first joined our team part-time in August 2015. She quickly moved to a full-time position to oversee our independent researchers and analysts, who help us stay on the cutting edge of investor education, and to write educational blogs for RealWealth.
She enjoys writing music, baking, meditating, and spending time with her friends and family in her free time.
Dallin Chase
Dallin Chase's Bio
Dallin manages the development of web systems and operations, including RealWealth's websites. He has over 10 years of experience working with web systems and CRMs, including extensive experience with WordPress.
His specialty is creating scalable systems, which has helped RealWealth succeed online. He loves sailing, spending time outdoors, off-roading, and is the proud father of two handsome boys.
Rebekah Anderson
Rebekah Anderson's Bio
Rebekah and her husband, Grant, manage RealWealth’s property teams. Having bought and sold (and 1031 exchanged) their single-family rentals, short-term rentals, and fix-and-flips, they bring many years of real estate investing experience to our team. For several years, Rebekah worked as a real estate agent with her own brokerage. Her specialties included helping investors buy and sell their properties and flips and helping retail clients.
In 2017, Rebekah and Grant moved from Sacramento, California (where they grew up) to Indianapolis, Indiana, to start a new life adventure and be closer to their real estate investing business. In 2021, they purchased a new travel trailer and, since then, have been traveling all over the country while renting out their primary residence via short-term rentals.
Rebekah loves traveling with her husband and their little mixed dog, Poppa Fox, and activities like sightseeing, bike rides, hiking, baseball games, and enjoying great food and drinks. She’s also a certified life coach and Human Design Guide. She loves reading, yoga, and having fun with family and friends.
Grant Anderson

Grant and his wife Rebekah manage RealWealth’s property teams. Having bought and sold (and 1031 exchanged) their single-family rentals, short-term rentals, and fix-and-flips, they bring many years of real estate investing experience to our team. (Learn about becoming a RealWealth property team.)
In 2001, Grant bought his first house during college and rented the rooms to friends. Since then, he has bought many other rental properties using the BRRRR method, which involves buying, rehabbing, renting, refinancing, repeating, and selling rehabbed homes. With a deep understanding of owning and managing rental properties, Grant brings seasoned wisdom to managing our property teams. He enjoys helping other investors reach their real estate goals.
Grant likes to work out and compete in triathlons in his free time. To date, he has completed three Ironman 140.6 triathlons! He also enjoys traveling in his RV with his wife and their little mixed dog, Poppa Fox.
Maggie McKinnie
Maggie McKinnie 's Bio
Maggie has been part of the RealWealth team since 2009. Over the years, she’s held many different roles, including leadership positions in the syndication and investor education departments. Today, she serves primarily as a development and marketing consultant for our syndication RealWealth Developments.
Celia Christensen

In 2017, Celia joined RealWealth as member support staff. Today, as RealWealth Realty Manager, she works with the investor relations team. Celica’s also managed to sneak her way into editing many of the articles on our website because (as she puts it) she’s "a total weirdo and likes grammar." She earned her degree in Technical Writing from Utah State University, and “old habits die hard.”
Celia ALSO teaches private music lessons (piano, violin, and viola) to students in her hometown of Bozeman, Montana. Although these two jobs keep her plenty busy, she also manages to find time for her other loves: baking, running (to offset the love of baking), and spending time with her husband and four kids, two dogs, and their desert tortoise, Esteban.

With possibly more hours of social media practice than anyone on the RealWealth team, Krista is highly qualified to understand and manage our social media channels. Plus, as the daughter of our company’s co-founders, she’s had the experience of being part of the RealWealth network for as long as she can remember. To further strengthen her skills, Krista is a certified DigitalMarketer Social & Community Manager.
When not managing our social platforms, studying for school, or volunteering at Operation Smile, Krista enjoys going to the beach with friends, dancing, rock climbing, slacklining and skiing.

Jill is masterful at making RealWealth's webinars, videos and podcasts look and sound amazing. She edits The Real Wealth Show and the Real Estate News podcasts, as well as our market overview videos and weekly real estate investor educational webinars.
Jill grew up in Southern California and attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where she majored in Computer Arts. In her free time, she enjoys surfing, skiing, songwriting, and road trips up and down the California coast.

Donna is a University of California Berkeley graduate who recently purchased her own home in Southern California after many years of renting in the San Francisco Bay Area. She enjoys anything related to real estate, Latin music and dancing, learning Spanish, working remotely, and traveling like you live there. She is a lover of small dogs, especially the Australian Silky Terrier.
Madison Haynes

In 2017, Madison began working for RealWealth when she was hired as a contractor for the rental fund. In 2018, she wanted to learn more about the real estate industry and became a sales agent. Afterward, it became clear that her true passion was the world of real estate investing.
In 2020, Madison joined RealWealth full-time as the property team coordinator. She communicates with all current and potential property teams, schedules webinars and live events, and acts as the middleman between property teams and all RealWealth departments. Tonya Allen
Tonya Allen's Bio
As the executive assistant to Rich and Kathy Fettke and as RealWealth Human Resources Manager, Tonya is an integral part of our team. She brings over 20 years of experience in high-level positions, a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Cultural Diversity, and a Master of Business Administration Certificate in Human Resources. In the past, she’s worked for CEOs, board of directors, and the heads of schools for elite private schools in Manhattan, New York.
In 2018, before joining RealWealth, Tonya and her husband, Keith, became full-time nomads, exploring the country in an RV. With army brat roots, traveling is in her blood! She also has a background in acting, teaching, and directing summer camps. Tonya and Keith have two adorable ginger rescue cats, and in their free time, they love going to theme parks, watching movies, and swimming. Tonya currently resides in Orlando, Florida.
Lara Dunning

Lara is the newest addition to the RealWealth team. With a solid background in SEO, a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology, a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing (with a robust writing portfolio), and a passion for real estate investing, she brings a unique blend of expertise and skill sets to the team. As the SEO Content Client Specialist, she helps us deepen our connection with the RealWealth audience through SEO content and strategies that build online visibility and engage our members.
Lara fell in love with the real estate industry working as marketing manager for a top-producing real estate team. Her passion expanded into real estate investing when she started working for a Series A-funded real estate SaaS company as their creative content coordinator. She dove right into listening to podcasts like the RealWealth Show and BiggerPockets and joined RealWealth in 2022. In 2023, she bought her first first investment property and is already planning for the next.
In her free time, Lara hikes with her cattle dog, meditates, practices breathwork, cold plunges in Puget Sound, writes, travels and helps out pet parents.
Paul DiVincenzo
Paul DiVincenzo's Bio
As the RealWealth Developments Syndication Manager, Paul brings a wealth of expertise in commercial real estate and a proven track record of guiding clients through complex transactions at local, regional, and national levels.
Paul began his career at Keller Williams Realty before joining Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate in 2011. At Cushman & Wakefield, he was part of a high-performing five-person team that completed over 130 transactions annually, specializing in commercial brokerage and marketing/research. As Vice President, Paul managed property acquisitions, dispositions, tenant and landlord leasing, land acquisitions, subleasing, valuations, and build-to-suit transactions.
Paul later served as the Director of Business Development and Commercial Broker for My Place Group, where he focused on multifamily acquisitions. He played a key role in developing over 250 Class A multifamily units and closed over $80 million in construction loans and new acquisitions. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a State of Ohio real estate broker’s license.
Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Paul enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, playing bocce ball, and participating in various Italian American social organizations in his free time.
Ann Triplett
Ann Triplett's Bio
Ann Triplett worked with Kathy Fettke years ago when they were both in the mortgage industry. In 2006, Ann became a RealWealth member to deepen her real estate investing education. Today, she owns rentals nationwide and has participated in several RealWealth syndications, making her a perfect fit for assisting RealWealth members who attend our events and tours and those interested in investing with our syndications.
Before investing, Ann established other successful businesses to develop passive income streams. A long-time resident of Livermore, California, Ann enjoys the great outdoors, sports (Go Giants & Dubs!), Livermore's wineries and concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
Kathy McBride
Kathy McBride's Bio
Before joining the RealWealth team, Kathy became a member in 2009. As Investor Relations Manager, Kathy regularly talks with our investors and establishes relationships with them regarding their real estate investing needs. With a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications/Marketing and 30+ years in customer service, she is a natural at her job. Kathy is also passionate about real estate and holds a California real estate license.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Kathy now lives in Folsom (Sacramento area) with her husband. They have two sons: one attends college, and the other is an 82nd Airborne Division paratrooper. In her free time, she likes to hang out with family and friends, is a wine enthusiast, travels, watches college football, and is always game to try new things!
