I’m passionate about helping people achieve real wealth—the freedom to live life on your own terms—through smart real estate investing.
That’s why I co-founded RealWealth, a turnkey real estate company that helps people acquire rental properties for passive income with vetted property management already in place, in the nation’s top markets, with my wife and business partner, Kathy Fettke. We also co-founded RealWealth Developments, which offers real estate syndications, including completely passive build-to-rent investment opportunities and a brand new real estate investment fund.
Since 2003, Kathy and I have helped over 80,000+ members invest in more than $1.3 billion worth of real estate assets, including over 7,000 income-producing properties. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me outdoors—surfing, skiing, rock climbing, or jumping off things. I’m a licensed skydiver and former ESPN X-Games competitor, and I’ve bungee-jumped off both the Golden Gate Bridge and Yosemite’s Half Dome.

I’m a Master Certified Business Coach. The former CEO of a large health club franchise and the past Vice President of the International Coach Federation. With a love for adventure sports, I have competed in the ESPN X Games and am a skydiver, rock climber, skier, surfer, and record-holding bungee jumper.

My real estate investing journey began when I faced a serious health crisis. What started as a means for Kathy to support our family took us on a financial path that helped us understand the fundamentals of what it means to create real wealth, which we define as having the money and the freedom to live life on your own terms.
Since then, we have invested in numerous rental properties and gained hands-on experience, learning the highs and lows of investing that can only come from direct experience. What we’ve learned as real estate investors and the freedom we’ve experienced continue to inspire our passion for helping others do the same.
