Hi! I’m Grant Anderson, the Property Teams Manager at RealWealth. With over 20 years of experience in real estate investing, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the 90-Day Turnkey Challenge. In addition to managing my portfolio of long-term rental properties in Indianapolis, I have also completed over 50 real estate transactions. My strategies include turnkey, BRRRR, buying off-market through wholesalers, and managing self-managed and third-party managed rentals. This experience has taught me what works, what doesn’t, and how to move from hesitation to action.
As a Property Teams Manager at RealWealth, I play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our investment opportunities. I vet property teams, review deals, and analyze markets to make sure our members have access to strong investment opportunities. I work closely with both new and existing teams to ensure their properties and operations meet RealWealth’s standards. My involvement in evaluating teams and market data gives me a unique insight into what makes an investment succeed, and I look forward to sharing that insight with you.
