Jacksonville, Florida Property Tour

This is a bus tour with the Jacksonville & Central Florida team in St. Augustine, Palm Coast, and Jacksonville. The cost is $100.

You’re invited to join them on a property tour to see the specific areas where RealWealth investors are seeing good returns.

The tour will start in Saint Augustine, a super desirable tourist destination, where we’ll stop by a few available short term rental properties. We’ll then depart north to Jacksonville, while making a stop in Palm Coast to tour new construction single-family and duplexes.

We recommend flying into the Jacksonville International Airport. We recommend flying in the night before. On Sunday, you can either head home or take a trip southwest to Ocala and visit an additional market this team offers and tour completed homes.

Stay in downtown Saint Augustine or Saint Augustine Beach.

• 9:00 am: Meet in Saint Augustine
• 9:30 am: Tour bus leaves for property tour
• 12:00 pm: Lunch break at a local restaurant
• 1:30 pm: Continue tour
• 4:00 pm: Tour wrap-up, Q&A, meeting location drop off
• 5:30 pm: Cocktail hour
